Is there a minimum guest count?
Generally 25 people is the minimum, for events with fewer people additional charges may apply, please contact with any questions or concerns you may have and we can work a custom quote out.
What boundaries do you cater?
We are located in Medicine Hat but can travel anywhere, if your event is within city limits there is a $30 delivery fee, otherwise there is a charge for every km each way which is $1.85 per km.
Are you able to accommodate special dietary needs?
Skinny’s Catering aims to please and will always do our best to accommodate special orders. Additional charges will be applied to cover the special attention handling. *Please note while every effort will be made, our kitchen is not nut free and items may have come into contact with nuts.
When do I need to confirm guest numbers for my event?
We require guest numbers 7 days prior to your event. After this date, we are still able to accommodate minor increases in guest numbers up until 72 hours prior to the event. However, we are unable to accommodate decreases in guest numbers.
Do you supply plates and cutlery?
We do! We like to make everything as easy as possible for our clients. We include a high-grade paper plate and plastic cutlery with all our catering options at an additional cost. All orders included paper plates, cutlery, napkins, House BBQ Sauce, Serving utensils and delivery within city limits.

HOW DO I GET A QUOTE?
Please use the ORDER NOW feature on our website. We would suggest 1lb meat per person for a meat lover and ½ lb meat per person for a light lunch. Why do you charge an 15% service fee on all catering orders?
We charge a 15% service fee on all catering orders to cover the costs of preparing and packaging your food. This fee also helps us pay our staff a fair wage. The service fee is not a tip or gratuity for our staff, and it is not optional. We appreciate your understanding and support of our business.
